The theme for this year's event is Be Inspired: Be Agile.  The Symposium team has worked hard to find innovative speakers for the four different tracks: People, Organization, Strategy, and Workplace.  There are four different tracks with four sessions in each category, giving you a choice of 16 classes! You may choose to stick to one track or you may choose sessions from various tracks.  The choice is yours!

Please note that session registration is strictly for information purposes.  Registrants will not be required to attend the sessions selected.

Agile, flexible, resilient—these words describe the people you want to hire, retain, and develop. They describe the organizational cultures that will thrive in times of rapid change and intense competition. They describe YOU! Whether you are an HR department of one or many, we are constantly faced with how to inspire and impact everyone around us including ourselves. The ability to be agile is the key to success as an HR professional.

Agility is the
ability to:

An agile or change-ready organization is able to quickly adapt to changing circumstances;  It can respond instantaneously to changing customer demands; it is ready for ANYTHING.

This is the future of Human Resources – building adaptable, change-ready organizations. Don’t get left behind...

The 2015 LWHRA Symposium will inspire you to be an agile HR professional by providing:

  • Game-changing educational sessions
  • Innovative collaboration with vendors
  • Inspirational interaction with your peers
