  • Would you like to provide a no-cost value added benefit to your employees that will increase their productivity and sense of well-being?
  • Are you interested in learning how you can decrease employee turnover and improve both loyalty and longevity?
  • Would you like a way to show gratitude to your employees that says, “We’ve got your back!”?
  • Would you like to become your boss’ champion and be the bearer of good news to your teammates?

Come learn from this 501(c)(3) nonprofit how they make a strong case as to why this employee benefit can and should be leveraged as a cornerstone for optimizing employee performance.

And the best news?  This benefit is provided at no cost to the employer or employee by a national nonprofit whose been on a mission since 1993.

  • Core Competency #1: Reduce employee distractions in the workplace by providing a foundation for employees to get resources to improve their financial affairs.
  • Core Competency #2: By providing employees with financial resources, employers see improved performance, less absenteeism, less health claims,  and all of these help to improve the company’s bottom line.
