Strategies for Reinventing Yourself in an Era of Disruption

Given the current state of affairs, it couldn't be a more opportune time than now to reinvent yourself. We're currently recovering from one of the worst financial recessions ever experienced since the 1930s. We're living in an era of disruption--experiencing accelerated change, increased competition and overwhelming complexity. As HR professionals, we must not only effectively help our organizations to navigate through the waters of uncertainly, but we have to manage our own major life disruptions. Companies have done it. Communities have done it. We have to do it....reinvent ourselves and upgrade our own skills and competencies as HR professionals if we are to remain relevant and effective change agents in the 21st century. Dr. Shirley Davis shares real world examples and proven strategies that companies and leaders have successfully implemented and she will show you how to do the same.
